Shipping
We ship every order from our warehouse in the United States. Orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day.
Shipping rates
- United States: US$7 per order.
- Canada: US$12 per order.
- United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia and all other countries we ship to: a flat international rate of US$15 per order.
Shoppers outside the United States see these amounts converted to their own currency at checkout.
Subscriptions
New subscriptions pay the same shipping as one-time orders. Subscribers save $5 on every bottle of Goodphyte OG. If you subscribed before October 26, 2026, we are emailing you the details of your new price. You can change, skip or cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal, from your account or by replying to any of our emails.
Delivery times
- United States: usually 5 to 7 business days.
- Canada: usually 9 to 11 business days, including customs clearance.
- United Kingdom, European Union countries and Australia: usually 15 to 17 business days.
- Other countries: usually longer; we will give you an estimate on request.
Duties and taxes on international orders
Your order ships from the United States. For orders delivered outside the US, the carrier or customs in your country may charge import duties, taxes or brokerage fees when your parcel arrives. Your country sets these charges. They are not part of your Goodphyte order total and are paid on delivery.
For Canadian orders, GST or HST is charged at checkout. The carrier or the Canada Border Services Agency may charge further duties or fees on delivery, which we do not set and cannot collect in advance.
Countries we cannot ship to
We cannot currently ship to Mexico.
