The Power of Fitness

For over 25 years I have personally made 5:30 am strength Training, running with my dog or yoga part of my LIFE. For me it has always been my opportunity to optimize my fitness and wellness that nothing else would get in the way of, besides sleep!!  Physical activity is a proven stress-buster. It's not just about staying in shape; regular exercise boosts your body's production of endorphins, the natural mood lifters. We'll discuss how incorporating routine physical activities, from brisk walking, running, strength training to yoga, can help mitigate stress and enhance your immune response. I am also going to give you some tips and tricks on how I made sure during the most difficult times of my life I would continue to get up at 4:50 am, even when I didn't need to!!

What we eat plays a pivotal role in how we feel and how our body copes with stress. This series will emphasize the importance of a diet rich in nourishing proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. We will also lean into the powerhouse of micronutrients, and what are the major micronutrients your body requires.
